PACE services can benefit caregivers as well. Our model allows us to work with and alongside caregivers to deliver optimal care to our participants while also relieving some of the challenges that caregivers may experience.
Coordinated Care
As a caregiver, you want the best for your loved one but coordinating that care can be time-consuming. Driving your loved one to many different appointments and managing their medications and refills is challenging. You may be reluctant to leave your loved one home alone during the day. The all-inclusive care that PACE provides enables caregivers to spend more quality time with their loved ones. Caregivers have more peace of mind knowing that PACE helps their loved one stay safe at home.
