Rehabilitation Services
PACE provides skilled physical, occupational, and speech therapy to our participants. Each participant receives initial and ongoing assessments so we can determine how therapy may be able to help each individual regain or retain as much independence as possible.
Our therapy gym is located in the PACE Day Center. The therapy team is available to work with participants and guide them through various exercises to achieve their goals. Our participants love to compete in exercise challenges on our recumbent bikes, such as following the Monarch butterfly migration or driving Route 66.
Physical Therapy
Our team of therapists is dedicated to ensuring that our participants maintain an optimal level of physical activity to better support them as they age in place. Individualized care plans include participant-centered therapy in order to ensure the safety and independence of our participants.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy provides therapeutic support and adaptive equipment for older adults experiencing physical and/or cognitive changes so they can remain safe in their home. Examples of medical equipment include shower chairs, toilet risers, wheelchairs, and walkers.
