Occupational Therapy

The goal is to provide therapeutic support and adaptive equipment for older adults experiencing physical and cognitive changes so they can remain safe in the community.

Occupational-1

Individual Evaluation

Cognitive screening, strength and endurance testing.

Occupational-2

Falls Prevention Education

Home Assessment for safety, and medical necessary equipment.

Occupational-3

Customized Intervention

Improving the ability to perform daily activities.

Occupational-4

Adaptive Medical Equipment

Provided for the home or other environments, Examples include shower chair, raised toilet seat, reachers, long handled shower hoses, wheelchair seating and positioning.

We provide therapeutic programs that include recreational and social activities for all levels of cognitive and physical functioning. See our calendar of events for more details.

Improves social skills and creates a sense of accomplishment, joy of nurturing and opportunity to share in the results.

Decreases anxiety and depression.
